We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our policy below.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Because our pet hair removal brushes are intended for use on pets, used items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, except where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • The name used to place the order

  • The reason for your return

We will provide instructions for completing your return if your return is eligible.

Return Shipping

Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If we sent you the wrong item or the product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
